The Melbourne Pollen Count (Service) provides users with pollen forecasts generated using real-world pollen count data collected from our statewide network of monitoring sites that are run by the School of BioSciences at the University of Melbourne, Australia (University).
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to be used as a medical device or to diagnose, prevent, treat, mitigate, compensate or alleviate hay fever, asthma or any other respiratory ailment.
IF ASTHMA OR ANY OTHER RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS ARE EXPERIENCED BY ANYONE USING THE SERVICE, SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION FROM A TRAINED HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WHO CAN PHYSICALLY EXAMINE THE INDIVIDUAL AND PROVIDE APPROPRIATE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT.

End users may access Content for individual use, e.g., may view the information on screen; screen shot; and may print paper copies of small portions for personal use only. The rights granted here are an expansion of the rights granted under the Copyright Act and do not include any rights to reproduce in its entirety any portion of the Content. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts within Victoria for any disputes. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the University concerning your use of the Service. The University reserves the right to withdraw or delete information or Content from the Service at any time. The University may terminate this EULA at any time by withdrawing your access to the Service for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the EULA. You can terminate this EULA at any time by ceasing your use of the Service and deleting the Service app from your device. The University reserves the right to delete or deactivate your account and all data provided by you or about you following termination.
